Thank you to everyone that showed your respects to Iraq POW Matt Maupin and his family. A hero came home. We have others that need to be rescued. It needs to be a rescue effort until there is proof that a recovery effort is in order.
GOD bless our veterans, their families, and supporters.

A Thank You from The Stephens Family
We would like to thank the POW-MIA for their unconditional love and support for our family in the hours following the announcement of our son’s death in May. We were not aware of their services before we were asked if we would like them to be present in events that would be carried out the following two weeks. We were embraced with heartfelt compassion and sincere sorrow that one of their own had been taken.
After the dust settled somewhat, they continued to welcome our family in their activities in honor of our son Blake. They said, “We will not forget that he sacrificed all for our freedoms.” We have since learned more about this service oriented organization and have been pleased to hear of all the services and donations that they have given to this community.
